I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren

Pros

Benefit package was amazing and the experience is also good for future preparation in retail. There is opportunity to delve into all areas of a business.

Cons

The company maintains an iron grip on all upper management position and many of the people have had their jobs for years this prevents up and coming management to remain stagnant and not able to advance to future levels.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please continue to recognize those overachieving individuals and remember that a tenured team is not always the best team to take the company to the next level.

I have been working at Polo Ralph Lauren

    Pros

    -discounts
    -pay
-CSRs get their own desk and locker

    Cons

-lots of comraderie by management but you are NOT included
-different rules for CSRs than other positions, i.e. we should be treated the best...when we are the voice of Ralph Lauren, Rugby and soon Club Monaco
-no place for downtime outside of a small breakdown upstairs and a large one downstairs. A quiet lounge for reading would be good

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -treat your CSRs legendary
