Current Employee – been working at Potashcorp

Pros – good pay and benefits, employees care about each other, management runs the business well, minimal overtime, great work / life balance

Cons – no flex schedules, telecommuting, business dress code, static business operations make job boring at times, US employees made to feel less important than Canadian employees

Advice to Senior Management – management should treat US operations of business as important as the Canadian operations
