“Great leadership with tons of opportunity to contribute!”
I have been working at Press Ganey full-time for less than a year
Pros – Established company that maintains its entrepeneurial spirit. Very client-focused. Aggressive strategy built on proven science. Every employee is encouraged to think "outside of the box".
Cons – The industry is moving fast so employees have to also - very fast paced.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you are doing!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
