Current Employee – been working at Press Ganey full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Had an awesome team,learned a lot working with some of the smartest and knowledgeable people in the field. I enjoyed most of my time there.

Cons – Culture has become terrible ever since new management stepped in last year. Things went from bad to worse, while earlier there was culture of fearlessness where one could speak one's mind, now one has to think twice before saying anything. Employees in the headquarters are not allowed to walk in from the main door, but need to get in from a side entrance. From managing ourselves we became a team that was micro managed which lead to great deal of unproductivity.

Advice to Senior Management – None

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
