ProsGreat Company
Good Products
Decent training program.

ConsNeed to know 200 plus people willing to do business with you to get feet on the ground.
No salary of any kind.
Difficult to prospect in this environment.
Too many meetings.

Advice to Senior ManagementPrudential has the money to provide some sort of base pay. Will continue to have high failure rate with current model.
