    I worked at Prudential plc

    Pros

Can be very flexible around location of work, working from home is acceptable for example

    Cons

Big organisation with not much devolved decision making power. Tendency towards blame culture prevents people from being prepared to go out on a limb

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you don't have the time to consider the small things, give people the confidence to deal with them on your behalf.
