I have been working at PwC full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Smart and nice people, trying to improve work-life balance, some good opportunities

Cons

Advancement is generally pre-determined. Above average and average performers are paid comparably and advance the same. Compensation is below fair (considering hours and expectations in peak times). 401k policy is weak.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Advice to management if you are going to terminate someone. Make sure its for a good enough reason. They could have been a really good asset to your team. If you would have take time to know the story.

    Pros

Great people. Good brand. Fun teams and projects. More than enough opportunity to grow and develop in your own way. Fairly entrepreneurial culture.

    Cons

You get paid very little. You work a lot! It makes you feel undervalued.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would be nice to pay associates more.
