Pros: - you're likely to get to learn from some of the best and brightest people - you learn good standards of delivery (report writing etc.) - you… Cons: - very 'corporate' environment - lots of politics and it gets worse as you climb the ladder - Warsaw and CEE leadership fails to explain its… Advice to Senior Management: Treat your staff like adults. Don't say things nobody will… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
