“Steady Work, good experience.”
I have been working at Quest Diagnostics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Very stable job field, good benefits. After 1st year decent amount of time off. Flexible schedule. If not licensed offers CLS school to advance career from lab associate.
Cons – High stress, lots of overtime. Advancement can be very politically motivated.
San Juan Capistrano location is far from everywhere and down an accident prone 2 lane highway.
Advice to Senior Management – Give back what you expect form employees, need to have better raises if you want to retain talent.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
