I have been working at Quintiles full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Good training, lots of opportunities for growth, good colleagues
Cons – Too many changes which are not well coordinated and thought through. Not enough knowledge sharing within company.
Advice to Senior Management – Just doing the same thing 100 times doesn't mean you do it any better. Must focus on getting better, not just by introducing new IT systems. Good CRO but not such a good IT development company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
