Current Employee - QA Auditor in Overland Park, KS (US)

I have been working at Quintiles full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Professional development is emphasized by management. Employee engagement statistics are truly important to management and changes are made as a result of the annual questionnaire. Benefits are much better than average for a CRO. The are many career paths available.

    Cons

Training is not good. Its the sink or swim method. Management appears to not get much training on how to interact with people effectively and compassionately. Management tends to be parental and micro-managing.
