“Qwest (U S WEST) pre-CenturyLink merger”
Former Employee – worked at Qwest full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Great benefits, good forward-looking company, great supervisor
Cons – Because the company is so large, there tends to be a lot of red tape
Advice to Senior Management – Allow directors to manage their own teams/budgets; stop micro-managing.
