“They may not be perfect...but pretty close”
Former Employee – worked at RDO Equipment full-time for less than a year
Pros – A company that is willing to develop their employees. They really take care to train. Lots of growth. RDO is a private company with strong core values from top management all the way down to the hourly positions.
Cons – Health package is not the greatest. And bonuses can be small.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
