    Pros

    Benifits, room for advancement if you are young.

    Cons

    Long hours of work in order to impress managment
    No work life balance
    You are their slaves

    Advice to Management

    Give credit where credit is due. Stop treating good workers poorly because of their age.

    Pros

    Raythoen offers an attractive benefits package as well as a good work/life balance environment. Employees have the opportunity to work a "9/80" schedule which allows for every other Friday off.

    Cons

    There is a terrible negative vibe in the workplace. Too many older workers feel entitled and are extremely lazy. The HR department has too much say in promotions and raises instead of direct supervisors who see an employees direct performance.

    Advice to Management

    Leadership should consider shifting some authoritative decision making power to the mid-level management staff so decisions can be made quicker. Treat each employee as an indivdual and not just another number by rewarding/recognizing hardwork.
