Pros – great benefits
decent pay relative to competitors

overall its an easy job. the problem is, you are consistently taking phone calls, for several hours a day. You time is monitored during your entire shift. Sales are also very important and since it is easy to get lazy, the management team micro manages.

Cons – working at the call center will drive you crazy

Advice to Senior Management – rotate employee jobs
