ConsCompetitive environment, very high accountability for results, sometimes you can get thrown under the bus by your peers and even your superiors.

Advice to Senior ManagementExamine work-life balance and pay attention to workplace wellness programs if you want to retain key people.

    Was on a mat leave contract for a year...

    Pros: Great people to work with, decent enough pay.. Cons: When person who went on Mat Leave decided to leave the company permanently, I was not offered the job full-time, but instead given another 6-month… Advice to Senior Management: Treat your employees a little better, more communication.
