Former Employee – worked at SAIC full-time for more than a year

Pros – Work/life balance; benefits are excellent; it is great place to work because of coo-workers; if you perform well you do not have to worry about loosing your job since something will be found for you to work on

Cons – There is not enough training; it looks like management is not that interested to improve anything for its employees; it's hard to move on to a higher position;
