Former Employee - Technical Quality Manager in Feltham, England

I worked at SAP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Company has a track-record of success with a massive portfolio of customers globally. Opportunities to stretch into more challenging customer accounts and different roles. Well-implemented knowledge transfer and training to field employees. Ambitious and hard-working colleagues.

    Cons

Along with the large size and stability, you get a rigid process-oriented culture where teams are slow to adopt new methodologies or ways of working. It's not the fault of individuals - it's just a very large company that doesn't like making mistakes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase opportunities for employees to try different roles in the company through secondments.
