    I worked at SUPERVALU full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    Most of my coworkers were awesome. There are many that I will miss.

    Cons

    Upper management is almost completely clueless. There was a trend of continual cutting of technician hours to meet some bizarre metric which resulted in fewer people doing more work in a shorter period of time.
