the benefits is good but the pay is not ....the job is for good customer service but the sales counts

Cons

the people sometimes sucks if you were not be able to reach your goal

    I worked at SYKES full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very organized in terms of systems and processes and communication within the organization. No late salaries ever. Plus a great benefits package. It's alsothe only company that offers 40 leave credits!

    Cons

    It hs its share of the usual undesirables: office politics, a lack of elevators, and some lousy leaders. But then again, what company is free from those?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would love to suggest that they give a premium to integrity at work, but given reality as it is, I think it would be futile. As far as my opinion is concerned, all companies cheat. Sad, but true.

    I have been working at SYKES part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great pay, stable hours, health, vision, and dental benefits. Ability to change from one program to another. Tuition reimbursement, Leave of absences, FMLA participation.

    Cons

    Very little advancement opportunity, unflexible when familial issues come up, uncaring management, issues with massive favoritism when it does come to promotions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please be more careful when you're so obviously choosing your friends over those who are well-qualified for the positions. It's very disheartening to work there when you know you'll never be promoted just because you're not "in" with the managers and QA.
