Pros

Once you get in it's almost impossible to get out. People stay with this company for 10, 15, 20, even 30+ years. It has been very stable environment. The work conditions are good and people are knowledgeable and professional. Good work/life balance

Cons

Hard to advance a career. Not many opportunities to get promoted.

    Work Life Balance is good, good technical people and Laptop will be provided so we can work from home also.Good Compensation will be given at the time of joining.
