Lead Software Developer (Former Employee) Southlake, TX (US)

ProsGreat benefits and pay. Some new technology opportunities, but guarded.

ConsThey outsource IT management to places like Poland, so you may report to someone overseas.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe much more progressive and open-minded with respect to technologies. Not every initiative needs to be governed by big IT processes.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
