I have been working at Sammons Financial full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The ESOP is an amazing benefit. My position allows for flexibility of remote work if needed and the hours are great.
Cons – The actual pay is not the greatest
Advice to Senior Management – Reward the higher acheivers and don't coddle those who do not perform up to par.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
