“Too long work hours and not payed by the hour”
Current Employee – been working at Schlumberger full-time for less than a year
Pros – Lots to learn, not enough time
Cons – Health will depreciate, family life will go down .
Advice to Senior Management – maybe find a balance between work and rest.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
