    Good starting point

    I have been working at Schlumberger full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Good starting point especially for oil and gas. Awesome training, industry… Cons: Very big and lots of bureaucracy. Very long hours and rough lifestyle. Time off is frowned upon and must be fought for. They seem to be getting away… Advice to Senior Management: Instead of putting people in a specific segment they choose when they have no clue about the industry consider a rotational program at the start.
