    I worked at Schneider Electric full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    1. Working environment in Schneider Electric is quite normal..not so tough,not so loos.
    2. Learning curve is very quick.You can learn allot of issues in a very small period.
    3. Schneider Electric could be considered as a collage.You can have the chance to experience allot of issues that most probably would not be able to experience it in any where else.
    4. Relations are very unique there..As you could have allot of friends.
    5. Work life balance is more or less fine.

    Cons

    1. Career path/development is always a severe issue..especially for mechanical engineers.
    2. There's no major investments in any kind of business units.
    3. Salary scheme is very mysterious.
    4. Benefits and compensations are very poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Schneider Electric should preserve their manpower..Don't waste your potential and clever employees by investing in development their personalities and knowledge..You should track and monitor your retention rates cause this 's an serious issue.
