Pros-Working with a variety of people.
-Ability to see how your direct impact can influence a business or the store as a whole.
-Creating a difference in each employees' performance and career growth.

Cons-Scheduling. No work/life balance.
-Lack of availability to take vacation or time off.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Peaceful work environment, beautiful building, good work-life balance, every day is jean day, work… Cons: Poor company performance, ridiculously long commute (if you live in the city), incredible amounts of… Advice to Senior Management: You're a retail company with over 2000 stores and yet you don't invest in the stores! There is a lot of talent in the company… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
