I have been working at Sears part-time for less than a year

    Pros

none at all. Worst place to work

    Cons

Base your schedule and job on credit app. They do not care about the employees. They just want credit apps. Plus my cashier manager keeps hitting the back of my head. Low Pay. No thank you.

A fantastic growing opportunity, but not a place to build your career.

I worked at Sears full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Peaceful work environment, beautiful building, good work-life balance, every day is jean day, work from home, positions teach you a lot of give you a lot of responsibility

    Cons

Poor company performance, ridiculously long commute (if you live in the city), incredible amounts of red tape, very old way of thinking, not a place to build a long-term career

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're a retail company with over 2000 stores and yet you don't invest in the stores! There is a lot of talent in the company but when the leadership team is steering the company in the wrong direction there's nothing the company can do to save itself. Stop trying to be Amazon and start trying to be a good retailer again!
