cool company, dysfunctional workplace

Pros- Tangible product line
- Recognized brand
- Capable executive management
- Casual dress

Cons- A lot of incompetent personnel
- Poor organizational management
- PC culture kills achievement and progress
- High turnover rates in key positions
- Too many meetings
- Too much management, not enough execution
