“Co workers are really there to help.”
Current Employee – been working at Sitel full-time for more than a year
Pros – Bonuses, PTO, Perks ie: free cable, discounts on phone bills...
Cons – Shortage of management, a cap on what you can make
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
