I worked at Six Flags part-time for less than a year
Pros – Experienced senior staff, seasonal growth opportunities, great enviroment, fun perks, team member only parties, opportunities to network, fair scheduling
Cons – Seasonal employment for the most part, difficult to break into full time because of small head count and low turnover.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep striving to build and retain dependable teams. Be a world class leader, not a manager, and it will reflect in your team.
