“Loved the company; not the salary”
I have been working at Southwest Airlines full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Loved the "luv", the people, the family atmosphere, the flight benefits. Received a lot of excellent training and was able to innovate without a bunch of corporate hindrances.
Cons – I was at poverty level even after 3 years in a management position. I think things have changed in the 13 years since I have been there, but that was one of the primary reasons I left.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
