I worked at Sprint full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The ability to move between jobs every year allows for a ton of personal growth if you seek out and capitalize on the opportunities.

Cons

During the last few years of my career, compensation was locked. Company results were dictating this issue, but as I had moved up several tiers of responsibility, my pay did not increase to reflect those changes. This ultimately led to me leaving.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The current management team seems to be doing well in turning the ship, I hope they continue down the current path.
