The atmosphere is great, the benefits are awesome, the free phone service, the 30 family lines provides something to hook up family and friends

Working weekends hasnt been the highlight of the job. Probably the only thing that i would consider a con

    District managers change often which causes some turmoil if you're trying to contact higher-ups

    Pros

    Autonomy to make sales decisions and implement your own sales strategies. Plenty of product training to ensure that you understood what was being sold and how to sell it.

    Cons

    Company caps sales attainment multipliers and minimizes the amount of potential commission. More emphasis should be placed on rewarding high performers.

    Need to use more reward feedback strategies to maintain team moral and boost productivity
