St. Jude Medical Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at St. Jude Medical full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Big company. Lots of opportunity. Good salaries and benefits. Products are the best in the market.

Cons – Terrible leadership. Little or conflicting direction. Lots of in-fighting creating an oppressive work environment and an atmosphere of distrust and back stabbing. Project approval process is convoluted, requiring signatures from multiple departments and divisions. All of whom have their own agendas. Nobody plays well in this sandbox.

Advice to Senior Management – This management team needs to be replaced.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
