    Pros

Multiple billion company with global presence, so for career beginners it's good for learning and growing.

    Cons

Stanley cares more about the result, but not necessarily how so the culture is a little harsh.

    Advice to Management

They should learn more about how to empower and trust the employee and more care about how to achieve the result, instead of just the result itself.
