I worked at Starbucks part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly, team oriented environment, great management, great customers, fantastic networking opportunities, teaches great work ethic and customer service management, and is an overall fun job to work at.

    Cons

There were very few cons to this job, if any. I would say that losing co-workers due to turn-over is probably the hardest part of the job because you develop solid relationships with almost everyone.
