ProsBenefits! They are really great! Retirement, health, Stock etc.

ConsSometimes customers are a little over the top demanding but really not that bad

Pros: Working as a barista, the job can be very dynamic since everyday can be different. The benefits are… Cons: Sometimes you'll get overly picky customers or management that have lost… Advice to Senior Management: REally listen to your baristas and leads.
