Pros

Good benefits, including tuition assistance and a great 401(k) plan with a 7% discretionary contribution. The company is growing fast by acquiring mid-sized and small companies. Great product portfolio.

Cons

There is no diversity at the workplace. Recent hires in leadership roles lack of the fundamental people skills and education.

I have been working at Stryker

    Pros

Good compensation. It is still like a startup in the growing phase. Not a well defined path. People can choose their own path.

    Cons

Sometimes the environment is negative. People get frustrated because of less employee friendliness of the company. Less innovative more concerned about the billing of employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employee more freedom for innovative work rather then just focusing on division work. This will bring innovative culture in the organization. They may feel motivated.
