“Good company to work for, but there are some issues...”
Current Employee – been working at Sun Life full-time
Pros – Great group of people to work with, work/life balance is always a plus
Cons – Opportunities for advancement are very rare and when the opportunity does arrive, management does not support your interest. High employee turnover. Morale in the office is ok but could be better. Salaries are ok.
