    Pros

    Good growth in intial years. Due to company structure easy to get into good projects if u r smart and lucky. Low financial gain though .

    Cons

    Not a good paymaster. Will screw you for money any chance it gets. Long working hours no work life balance

    Change the way you look at experienced personnel. You are running a sweatshop after a person has paid his dues in the first two to three years
