    Pros

    Promotions mostly come from with in the company. Tons of learning oppurunities. Above average pay. Excellent 401k plan.

    Cons

    Sometimes cut throat. You have to lead and produce good numbers or be replaced. Very competitive, especially with in the company.

    As a corporation I have no advice for management. What they do works well.
