Former Employee – worked at TASER full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – - Great people to work with
- Management team listens and is open to change
- Company really cares about make the world a better place (products that save lives)
- Lots of cool technology
- Awesome building to work in
Cons – - There is a fair amount of office politics, for a company as small as they are.
- Software business unit is small, lack of mentors or people with significant experience
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.
