“Investment Consultant”
Former Employee – worked at TD Ameritrade full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – convenient locations, friendly customers and great in-house software applications.
Cons – work 60 hrs while getting paid based on 40.
Advice to Senior Management – Not everyone are built for cold calling. Less micro management and more training will help to grow associates and decrease the overall turnover.
