I have been working at Target part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Target has a very friendly staff. They train and allow room for error. Your always greeted with a smile. Everyone is welcome. They have flexible schedules. They offer health insurance.

    Cons

You are required to work weekends and closing. you only get 30 min lunches, not alot of time. If your looking for a ful time job this is not the place to be. The schedule changes from week to week. No set schedules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer more hours and better pay.

I have been working at Target part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work. Management is great and allows employees open access to voice opinions and questions. Pay is comparable to other retail. All in all a great place to work.

    Cons

Scheduling is sometimes crazy at peak periods of the year. Be prepared to get more hours.
