    - Please dont hire MBA Grads from top B schools, becoz they will inevitably quit in a few months time, thereby, defeating the very purpose for their hiring.

    Pros

    1) Good pay
    2) Good work place/ work environment
    3) Good place to build personal connections
    4) Early Onsite opportunities if you are good enough

    Cons

    1) Stagnant Environment - prospect of learning on the job is quite less.
    2) Some managers show favoritism
    3) No work life balance
    4) Long work hours - Every single day it is more than 9 hours
    5) No compensation for the long hours or working on weekends

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure people all clock the time they work, reward for extra time or extra work would be greatly appreciated. Provide more training opportunities for people who want it(Not just e-learning courses). It will ultimately improve the organization's capability.
