Pros – - You get to work with incredibly motivated and intelligent people with strong leadership qualities.
-If you are a recent college graduate, most people are in the same age group and at the same point in their lives.
-Extensive support and room for growth `

Cons – - Long hours, for me, due to learning how to teach during my first year teaching.
-Possibility to be placed in a part of the country you are not comfortable in or fit in easily with.
