Great mid level mangement...upper level had no clue

Pros: -Great co workers -flex hours -ability to work from home -department lunches Cons: -upper management had no clue how to run a business Advice to Senior Management: -listen to your people..going overseas..just to save a buck wont… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Pros: The company is still private and still has a small company feel which allows employees some agility to "get it done". Compensation and benefits… Cons: In this "results" environment", some of the executives have not scaled and are not held accountable as the line level staff.
