I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good company to learn variety of things..work gets valued..good employees are always valued and given chance to rise up in either technical ladder or management ladder
Cons – not many...little conservative..less agression on new products...
Advice to Senior Management – managing is a skill and not a project or job..but lots of good managers around..need to nurture and value the talent as an asset.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
