I have been working at The Buckle part-time for less than a year

Pros

Trying on new clothes and employee discount

Cons

Slow-paced. Whoever decided that having more than 5 people in the store at a time is "busy" hasn't been exposed to much work at all. It's sometimes painful even FINDING something to do to waste time...unless you're into standing around and gossiping.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your job is to impact.....not take sales from your co-workers. Lead by example...

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

Stay ever changing and different from the competitor. Keep the mission of providing the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our guests front of mind and work off of that.

    I worked at The Buckle

    Pros

This job will keep you active and teach you how to sell clothes. They take the time to train you on selling as many pieces to each customer as possible.

    Cons

Too aggressive. You are unable to express yourself or have an opinion if it does not comply with their opinions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more accepting of people's work life balances and ideas.
