“Turnover,Turnover,Turnover”
Current Employee – been working at The Children's Place full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 30% Discount. Working with kids. Very supportive staff. Employee Appreciation.
Cons – No payroll hours. VERY low pay grade. Floorsets and price updates constantly. the company doesn't care about employees and the work load is almost impossible some days.
Advice to Senior Management – I wanna see you do a floorset with 10hrs.
