Former Employee – worked at The Children's Place
Pros – employees get good hours and connect really well with all levels of the business
Cons – sometimes the company may change their mind on when deadlines are due, making the business less focused on the customer
Advice to Senior Management – make better connections with the customer! It could increase sales!!
